Merab Ingabire is a member of the leadership team and head of advocacy and communications at Solidarity Uganda, a progressive organization engaged in training, coaching and capacity-building for activists, organizers and vulnerable populations to boost their social and political effectiveness using civil resistance as a methodology. Her other engagements have included photojournalist and writer based in Kampala. Merab completed her graduate studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, specializing in development communication and media studies, and her bachelor's degree at Makerere University, focusing on journalism and communication.
