څه شی دي؟ مدني مقاومت د عادي خلکو لپاره یوه لاره ده چې د خپل حق، آزادۍ او عدالت لپاره پرته له تاوتریخوالي څخه کار واخلي. هغه خلک چې په مدني مقاومت کې بوخت دي مختلف ډول تاکتیکونه کاروي، لکه حملې، هلکانو، ډله ایزو لاریونونو او نورو کړنو کې، د پراخو ټولنیز، سیاسي او اقتصادي بدلون سبب ګرځي. په ټوله نړی کې، مدني مقاومت د مختلفو نومونو، غیر عدم تشدد مبارزه، مستقیم عمل، د خلکو ځواک، سیاسي سرغړونه، او مدني متحرک کولو لخوا ویل کیږي – مګر د کومې مودې څخه کار اخیستل کیږي، د مدني مقاومت اساسي بنسټونه په اصل کې پاتې دي.

د مدني مقاومت حرکتونه پیاوړي دي ځکه چې دوی د ظلمونو د مقاومت لپاره د آزادۍ، عادلانه ټولنې او ممکن د هغه خلکو وفادارۍ وړاندیز کوي چې زاړه سیسټم پلي کوي. کله چې خلک وغواړي د دوی همکارۍ ناقانونه حکومتی چارواکو سره پای ته ورسوي، دا سیسټم د کار کولو لپاره خورا خورا ګران کیږي. کله چې کافي خلک د نافذ کولو انتخاب وکړي، سیسټم نشي کولی د پایښت وړ وي، او بیا باید بدلون ومومي او یا له منځه یوسي. حتی کله چې د مدني مقاومت مخالفین ښه وسله وال او ښه بودیجه وي، دوی اکثرا نشي کولی د دوامدار ډله ایز نافذ کولو او د غیر عدم تشدد دفاعي ستراتیژیکو، پراخه عملونو له کبله د مدني خنډونو سره مخامخ کړي.
